Cratos group personal training is a one of a kind setting and service that helps people tone up, lose weight, feel great and have more energy.

 

The culture of Cratos is to workout with a professional and motivational trainer in an upscale setting with upbeat music in a truly inspiring setting.

 

We offer metabolism boosting workouts that:

 

  • uses state of the art heart rate monitoring system to track training heart rate zones, calorie burn, max effort inside and outside of facility

  • Burn 500-750 calories per 45 minute workout

  • Challenging, results oriented and adaptable for people of all ages and abilities

  • Are Innovative fun workouts in an upscale setting

  • Work directly with caring, supportive and professional staff who possess degrees in their field and national certifications

  • Incorporates a variety of workouts including toning, cardio, yoga, stretching

  • State of the art heart rate monitoring system to track training heart rate zones, calorie burn, max effort inside and outside of facility

  • All clients receive a FREE consultation and a personal health coach for nutrition

  • Water and towel service provided, men's and women's private showers and changing areas on site

  • New facility

Our training programs take into account the uniqueness of each young or adult athlete. We adapt scientifically supported training methods most appropriate to each individual to increase their knowledge of their body, maximize their potential, and ensure active regeneration and recovery. Complete development of the athlete dramatically reduces the risk of injury and prepares them to compete at a higher level.

We work with each athlete individually, discussing in depth with them and their family their sport of choice, their specific goals and targeting areas that need to be monitored and improved. We do this by taking a detailed health history, conduct extensive screenings and set SMART goals. All of these practices are commonly done at the highest level of sports today to identify strengths and weaknesses. Our approach ensures an individual and detailed approach that is age appropriate, based on each person’s individual 
abilities and specific sport demands. By doing so we’re able to prepare a program that, over time, will enhance their sport performance.

CRATOS uses sport performance training to help athletes achieve their goal of excelling at their sport(s) of choice. We believe that an athlete’s physical preparedness enhances his or her confidence, which equates to an improvement in their athletic performance.

In addition to physical preparedness, CRATOS provides an environment that is intense, informative and, at the same time, enjoyable for the athlete and the performance coach. A performance coach works with the athlete every step of the way and creates an environment in which athletes can train, develop and self-monitor. In turn, this will improve the athlete’s self-confidence, training program, and overall self-image.
 

Cost for Sports Performance Programming
 

1-3 Athletes $68/session (Flexible scheduling any time of day)
 

*4-7 Athletes $150/month for each athlete. (Specific times per day)
