ATC-Owner
Experience working in Division I, III, high school athletes & sports medicine clinic setting. Has a true passion for helping people and giving people a positive outlet each day by improving their quality of life through health & fitness. Philosophy focused on injury prevention. Works with private, sports performance & rehab clients.
Matthew Watson
Director of Programming
Strength and Conditioning Coach

Matthew graduated from Drake in 2020 with an athletic background in soccer and strength sports. He brings energy and passion to assist others in achieving their fitness goals. He specializes with muscle gain, strength and body composition and loves to integrate advanced methodology to best help the average person. His experience coaching includes in person, online and through competitions - with all demographics. In addition to coaching, Matthew has facilitated numerous media and management roles in the exercise science space.

Tasha Mulligan, MPT, LAT/ATC
Director of Rehabilitation
A former Division I softball player, Tasha is currently a licensed physical therapist, certified athletic trainer and certified strength and conditioning specialist. Tasha was a physical therapist and partner of Athletico in Chicago.  She has expertise in women's health, postural assessment & rehabilitation of all orthopedic conditions. She works closely with our rehab, private training and small group clients.
Montez Anderson
Strength & Conditioning Coach
 A graduate of Roosevelt High School,  the University of Iowa & former college athlete in baseball, Montez relocated back to Iowa from the Washington D.C. area to be closer to family.  He has experience in personal training and over 15 years of experience in teaching physical education & coaching.   He has been with CRATOS for over seven years and works with our small group training, youth training, sports performance and private training clients.

CRATOS is a new approach to health, wellness and performance for people of all ages. We provide scientific and evidenced based approach to wellness across the lifespan.

Our goal is to improve the quality of life through injury prevention, treatment, assessment and management of injuries. CRATOS also excels at rehabilitation and reconditioning of injuries and sports performance for physically active populations including recreation athletes, weekend warriors, youth and elite athletes.
