So proud of Ben! He started with us in 5th grade with his Dad for his health, fitness and finding an interest. I would say he found it "AND THEN SOME!" We are proud of all of our kids learning the importance of proper lifting/training techniques, building self esteem and being surrounded in a positive environment. Ben is a great example!
